Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Due to the premium nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@hennecreative.la with photos, and we'll make it right.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if damage occurs during shipping, please email us immediately at hello@hennecreative.la with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
